Tron 4D: What A RIde

So, we saw Tron 4D at a local movie theater. Heather and I had an amazing time. It was like a roller coaster for whole two hours. So we walk in to the theater as we hurriedly bought our tickets and found our seats.

The first thing we noticed about the 4D theater is that our chairs were off of the ground and foot pedals in front of us. The lights dimmed and then thats when the show began. It was awesome. Our chairs moved, the air was scented and our feet were hit by some crazy feather stick.

Also, the lights came off of the screen on to the walls. It was a really an interactive movie. We really felt like we were in the Tron.

We enjoyed the movie, but after leaving we saw how much it cost...whoooweee.....$18 bucks a pop....well worth the trip.....it was a great experience.

Hi-

So this may be kind of weird, but I'm a reporter for the Charlotte Observer and I'm working on a story on 4d movie theaters. I stumbled across your blog and would love to get in touch with you to talk to someone who's been to one. Do you think you could e-mail me and we could possibly get in touch?

You can just use my gmail: kennedye12@gmail.com

Thanks!
Eleanor
